It also effectively supports the separation non-PET materials, including PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS, PVC, and PA bottles. With an emphasis on color, material, shape, and aging, our system excels in detecting and removing non-PET bottles, enhancing overall efficiency in recycling operations.

Building on the outstanding color sorting performance of the V series, the Pro version is specifically designed to sort extremely light-colored plastic flakes with enhanced efficiency. This model is primarily utilized for the purification of food-grade PET, with the capability to accurately detect and separate light green, light blue, and light yellow plastic flakes. Additionally, it is well-suited for purifying blue-white flakes, effectively identifying and separating light green and light yellow variants. Furthermore, the Pro version can also purify single colors and slight color variations in ABS, PP, and PET, offering flexible adjustments to cater to your specific requirements.

The GI polymer sorter is engineered to effectively identify and separate-PET materials from PET flakes, including PVC, PC, HDPE, PP, ABS, PS, PA, POM, PMMA, PLA, non-ferrous metals, aluminum flakes, wood, rubber, silicon, and other impurities. This system is specifically designed for the purification of high-end PET flakes, ensuring superior quality recycling. Additionally, it facilitates PET powder processing by efficiently removing materials such as PPSU, TRITAN, and PET-glow temperature substances, as well as opaque impurities. Our NIR-based GIS series leverages visible light technology, enabling simultaneous sorting by both color and polymer type.

With UV light sorting technology and high-speed sensors, our system ensures sorting accuracy rates of up to 90%. Flexible support options allow for normal and reverse sorting, accommodating both one-time and multiple sorting needs.

This solution is expertly engineered to sort plastic particles, effectively removing plastic pellets with small black spots (≤ 1 mm), as well as those of varying colors and shapes, from transparent, opaque, and colored original pellets.
